2.Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Instruments you play

Information collected automatically

When you visit Accordo.app, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

• IP address
• Device and browser information
• Pages viewed, time spent, referring/exit pages
• Basic site performance and usage data (analytics)

We use Vercel and/or GoDaddy tools for hosting and analytics and may receive these types of usage and technical data through them.

3.How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the waitlist and reserve your place for an Accordo account at launch
• Send updates about Accordo and notify you about launch availability
• Monitor, maintain, and improve Accordo.app (including troubleshooting, analytics, and performance)

4.How we share your information

We share information only as needed to operate the waitlist and communicate with you, including with service providers such as:

• Supabase (to store and manage waitlist data)
• Resend (to send emails)
• Vercel and/or GoDaddy (hosting, analytics, and site performance tools)

We do not sell your personal information.

We may also share information:

• To comply with law or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Accordo, our users, or others
• In connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale), where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5.Email preferences & opting out

You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at the email listed above.

If you opt out, we may still send limited messages if necessary to fulfill a request you make (for example, confirming your removal request).

6.Data retention

We keep waitlist information only for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and communicate about Accordo’s launch and updates, unless:

• You request deletion sooner, or
• We need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

7.Your choices: access, correction, deletion

You can request to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information by contacting us at the email listed above. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8.Analytics and "Do Not Track"

We use analytics to understand how visitors use Accordo.app and to improve site performance.

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals, Accordo.app may not respond to DNT signals consistently.

We do not use the waitlist information you provide (name/email/instruments) for cross-site targeted advertising.

9.Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.Children's privacy

Accordo.app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11.Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the Effective Date and post the updated policy on Accordo.app. If the changes are significant, we may also notify waitlist subscribers by email.

12.Where this policy applies

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Accordo.app and the Accordo waitlist. It does not cover third-party websites or services that may be linked from our site.
